NLP Training
Ailsa trained with Peter Delves associates in 1999, concentrating more on the NLP school of hypnosis. NLP stands for:-

Neuro:- our thinking processes, the way we use our sense of sight, hearing, feeling, taste and smell to understand what is happening around us.

Linguistics :- the way we use language and how this influences the people around us.

Programming :- our behaviour, how our ideas and actions produce either positive or negative results.

In a nut shell, when we change the way we think, this in turn effects the way we communicate which in turn effects the way we behave.

NLP incorporates more visualization than suggestion.

Hypnotherapy training and background
As a hypnotherapist, I use suggestion, visualisation, NLP and analysis.

Every person who walks through my door is unique, and because we are all unique we all respond differently to therapy, therefore I don’t use one particular technique for everyone, some people respond better to analysis than NLP, some people will do well with suggestion.

This will be discussed at the initial free consultation.International Association of Hypno-Analysts
